Antique Plan Chest

My customer bought this Plan Chest from eBay to keep some of her work in, but when it arrived it didn’t look quite as good as she had hoped! I was contacted to see if I could improve it.
I made repairs to the drawers, painted the cabinet a deep blue colour, fitted new brass handles and made a new top from solid oak, which I finished natural to show off the stunning grain.
